BibleHearth privacy policy
Last updated 27 October 2026
This policy covers the BibleHearth app for iPhone. The short version: the app collects no data. Nothing you do in it is sent to us or to anyone else.
Who we are
BibleHearth is made by Wands, Workings & Whatnot p.s.a., Ludwika Waryńskiego 26/16, 00-650 Warszawa, PL (KRS 0001265903, NIP 7011331371, REGON 545712879). For anything about privacy, write to admin@wandsandworkings.com.
What the app collects
Nothing. BibleHearth has no account, sign-in, analytics, advertising, trackers or third-party code, and it doesn’t connect to the internet. The lessons and the whole Bible are inside the app.
What stays on your iPhone
To remember where you are, the app keeps a small file on your iPhone with:
- the lessons you’ve started and finished, and where you are in each,
- the verses you’ve saved,
- the language you’ve chosen.
This file never leaves your iPhone. It is left out of iCloud and computer backups, so it doesn’t move to another device. You can clear it from the About tab with Start fresh with a local backup, and deleting the app deletes it.
Apple
You get BibleHearth from Apple’s App Store, and Apple handles your download under its own privacy policy. If you’ve chosen to share analytics with app developers in your iPhone settings, Apple may send us crash reports and anonymous usage statistics. We only use them to find and fix problems, and they don’t tell us who you are.
If you write to us
If you email us, we use your email address and what you write only to answer you. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in replying to you (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We keep the conversation for as long as we need it to help you, and delete it sooner if you ask.
Children
BibleHearth collects no data from anyone, children included.
Your rights
Because the app collects no data, we hold nothing about you from it. For anything you’ve sent us by email, you can ask us to show it to you, correct it or delete it, and you can object to us keeping it. If you think we’ve handled your data wrongly, you can complain to the Polish data protection authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa.
Changes
If a future version of BibleHearth handles data differently, we’ll update this policy before that version is released and change the date at the top.
This website has its own privacy policy, which covers the waitlist.
